Proof of Two Miracles

We had a wonderful surprise this past weekend. Saffron Woodruff and her mommy, Adrea came to visit us. Bronson and Saffron began their lives together as roommates in Pod C of the NICU at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Saffron was a 25 weeker weighing under 2 pounds. She was actually the little baby that Kyle and I saw two weeks before I had Bronson and we couldn't believe that they made babies that small. Kyle and I still find ourselves with tears in our eyes as we think of the experience of touring the NICU while I was pregnant. Saffron like Bronson is a fighter and after neurosurgery and more than four months in the NICU she was able to go home. She is now a walking, talking, and happy 2 year old. Bronson had a blast being able to share his toyroom with a friend this past weekend. It was so nice to be able to reflect on two of God's "little" miracles.

If you are moved to make a donation to the organization, March of Dimes please visit my webpage at www.marchforbabies.org/amberdeets. We are walking again this year and appreciate all of the support in both financial and prayers for the little babies born too soon.
