5am Workouts!!!

I was at my goal weight here

Start tomorrow...I hope I don't die of exhaustion. I have a great workout partner and I promised that I would participate in this new workout regimen so that both of us could keep a good schedule. I actually think that it is going to make a world of difference for both of us when we get used to waking up and being active at 5am. I am so proud of my friend, Sarah Cooper. It has been just a little over 2 years since she underwent surgery to lose weight and not only has she succeeded in losing a significant amount of weight. She has also started running. We are both doing a combination of Couch to 5k and she is running a good portion of our 30 minute cardio. I remember my first retreat with Sarah and she wasn't able to do any of this stuff, it is amazing the difference that diet and exercise has made in her life. Sarah is my motivator for working out. It really helps to have a great friend and workout partner. I also have an amazing 25 pounds to lose...I am putting this out here so that I can have some accountability. Here is to looking amazing this summer!!!

I'm totally joining you this summer...I'm going to blog about my progress, etc to help keep me accountable. I know you can do this! 5am is hard at first but I used to really love getting it out of the way...workout, coffee, and the rest of the day was great. Good luck lady, you can do this!!! Run a 10K in October with me???
